When creating a RiskCompound function, I notice that the results are the same if the entire distribution is defined within the function or if one of the component distributions is defined in another cell that the RiskCompound function references. However, if the function references another cell which references a third cell, the results are different.
The RiskCompound function is not designed to work the same with references to references as it does with a single cell reference. Please see the attached worksheet for a complete explanation.
