12.6. How to Open an .RPJ File

Problem:
I double-click on an @RISK for Project results file (.RPJ), but a message box appears saying that Windows cannot open the file. How can I open an .RPJ file?

Solution:
To open an .rpj file:

  1. Launch @RISK for Project.
  2. Click on the "Show @RISK – Results Window" button in the @RISK toolbar.
  3. Select File » Open from the "@RISK – Results Window" menu.
  4. In the "Look in" list, click the drive or folder that contains the file you want to open.
  5. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
  6. Click the file, and then click 'Open'.
