Solution:
Run a repair on Microsoft Project to resolve the issue.
For Microsoft Project 2007 and 2010:
- Click the Windows Start button, then Control Panel, then Programs and Features (in Windows 7 and Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
- Find Microsoft Project in the list of programs that appears.
- Highlight Microsoft Project 2007 and select Repair.
(If Repair does not appear, select Change and in the following dialogs select Repair.)
For Microsoft Project 2003:
- Start MS Project (but not any Palisade software). If a blank project doesn't open automatically, open one.
- In the menu, click Help and then Detect and Repair.
