I downloaded and installed a trial of @RISK. But I decided to buy the full DecisionTools Suite. I have my email from Palisade with a download link and Activation ID. What should I do?
There's no need to uninstall @RISK. Just install the Suite, using the link you received. During install, watch for the Customer Information Screen. On that screen, change "15-day trial" to "I want to activate." Copy your Activation ID from the email you received (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the blank at the bottom of the Customer Information screen.
